Here’s answers to some of the common questions our sponsors and exhibitors have regarding Operations Summit 2015: 


What is included in my Operations Summit booth?

The tabletop exhibit space you contracted includes the following:

  • 8’ high back drape
  • 3’ high side drape
  • 1 – 6’ table skirted
  • 2 armless side chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • ID sign with company name and booth number

What can I bring to furnish my booth?

Pop-up Booths can be substituted for the Table Top as long as they conform to the same amount of space. The Pop-up Booth cannot be wider than 8 feet. Banner stand are also allowed to brand your space. You may also bring handouts, takeaways, and marketing materials. Please respect your space and that to others. All booth materials must stay within the confines of your assigned booth space. Roving marketing tactics are not permissible.


What are the exhibit hall hours?

What networking functions will take place in the exhibit hall?

Where is the exhibit hall located in the hotel?

The exhibit hall is located in Marritt Ballroom 5&6 – located on Second Floor.


When does exhibitor set-up in the exhibit hall take place?

How do I register the passes included in my sponsor / exhibitor package?

Your Operations Summit agreement includes complimentary Full Conference passes. Please send your included personnel lists and any conference registration inquiries to Maureen Van Kuren at MVanKuren@accessintel.com.

Standard Pass Allocations are as follows, unless otherwise noted in a custom agreement:

  • Exhibitor Package: 2 Full Conference passes
  • Premier & Gold Sponsorship Package: 3 Full Conference passes
  • Platinum Sponsorship Package: 4 Full Conference passes
  • Headline Sponsorship Package: 5 Full Conference passes

What will the full conference pass allow me to access at the conference?

Full Conference passes grant access to all sessions, keynotes, general sessions, breakfast & lunch, receptions, and the Operations Summit Exhibit Hall. Tickets to the optional dinner require an additional $60 fee.

Full Conference passes may be issued ONLY to executives and other full-time employees of your company. They are NOT transferable to partners, customers, or other third-party contacts. Any pass found in the possession of an ineligible individual will be confiscated without financial compensation.


Can I purchase passes in addition to those included in my sponsor / exhibitor package?

The 2015 Operations Summit is pleased to offer sponsors and exhibitors the opportunity to purchase a limited number of additional passes for $495 each. Please contact Maureen Van Kuren with any conference registration questions: MVanKuren@accessintel.com

Prompt registration guarantees badge availability at onsite check-in and representation on the attendee list. Please register no later than Friday April 10th  2015.


How do I make a hotel reservation for the 2015 Operations Summit?

All travel arrangements, accommodations, and costs are the sole responsibility of your company. Please arrange your hotel reservations directly using our special discounted rate with the Louisville Marriott Downtown Hotel. You may also reserve your room online by visiting this page. The Operations Summit discount has already been applied when booking online via this page.

The Louisville Marriott Downtown Hotel is pleased to offer 2015 Operations Summit attendees the discounted rate of $164 per night. Quantities are limited and this discount will expire March 24, 2015 at 1p.m. ET.

In 2015, we are featuring the new Excellence in Customer Experience Award at the Operations Summit. Specifically for omnichannel operations, this award honors the power of operations as the key driver in today’s growing ecommerce marketplace. Winners will be announced at our Awards Luncheon on April 16 as part of the Operations Summit.
